For over two decades, Ive worked across technology, consulting, and leadership roles in the corporate world — building teams, advising organizations through change, and watching, up close, how careers actually unfold versus how theyre "supposed to" on paper. Along the way, Ive seen brilliant people stuck in roles that never fit them, and others thrive simply because someone, at the right moment, helped them see a path they hadnt considered. That difference is rarely about talent. Its about direction.
That realization is what brought me here.
Why I do this
Too many career decisions get made by chasing whats trending — the hot industry, the buzzword skill, the role everyone else seems to be moving toward — rather than what genuinely fits the person making the choice. I want to be the voice that helps people pause, look clearly at who they are, and choose a path rooted in genuine fit, not in whatevers loudest in the room.
That perspective comes from the breadth of my own career — moving across technical and leadership roles, advising CXO-level stakeholders, and working across industries including media, marketing, banking, utilities, and consulting. Its given me a real, working understanding of how different industries actually operate and evolve, not a generic view of "career growth."

Im a certified professional career counsellor, with an MBA in Project Management, dual undergraduate degrees (B.Sc. and BCA), and certifications spanning leadership, governance, and emerging technology — PMP, ITIL, SAFe Agilist, CISM, MCSA, MCSE, AI-900, AI-102, AZ-900, and SC-900.
My approach
I dont believe in generic advice or one-size-fits-all assessments. I believe in understanding you — your strengths, your values, what energizes you — and helping you align that with paths that genuinely fit, guided by the right advice at the right time.
